<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical substance management system improving efficiency of a procedure for requesting an "in-process nonuse certificate of chemical substance" by a product purchase maker, and allowing totaling of a use situation of chemical substance in a product manufacturer. <P>SOLUTION: Information about the shipped chemical substance is registered in a chemical substance management DB 130 of a chemical substance management/authentication organization from a chemical maker server 201, and information about the chemical substance used by the product manufacturer is registered in the chemical substance management DB 130 from a PC terminal 310 of the product manufacturer. The product purchase maker 400 designates a product manufacturer name and a chemical substance name and requests issuing of the "in-process nonuse certificate of chemical substance" from a PC terminal 410 to a management server 101. The management server 101 of the chemical substance management/authentication organization searches the chemical substance management DB 130, generates the 'in-process nonuse certificate of chemical substance' about the designated chemical substance and the product manufacturer, and transmits it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
