<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a scale/man-hour from information at an initial design stage by using a use case point method and to standardize calculated values by eliminating dispersion of the calculated values. <P>SOLUTION: A server 700 for development system information registration registers, in a server 800 for development system information, calculation conditions (man-hour estimation calculation rule data 2011) of each coefficient defined in the use case point method, and design document data (request specification data 2021, use case figure data 2031, use case description data 2041) to be created at a request analysis stage of software or system. A server 1000 for man-hour estimation calculation calculates each coefficient value defined in the use case point method on the basis of the registered calculation conditions and design document data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
