BALANCER OF ELECTRIC DOUBLE LAYER CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A balancer of an electric double layer capacitor is provided to form a complementarity circuit by using two balancing transistors as different polarity transistors. CONSTITUTION: A balancer(100) of an electric double layer capacitor includes a first balancing transistor(150) and a second balancing transistor(160). First to third logic circuit units prevent inner short circuit due to simultaneous turn-on of the first and second balancing transistors. First and second electric double layer capacitors(110,120) are connected in serial. First and second voltage detectors(130,140) and the first and second balancing transistors are respectively attached on the first and second double layer capacitor.
