Mudguard (1) has fastener (3), which is in lateral direction to the supporting body (4,5) of vehicle. If rear end of mudguard is deformed by crash then fastener deforms such that distance between fastener and supporting body increases in transverse direction (Q) of vehicle movement and rear edge of mudguard pushes itself to motor exterior and creates a side door (2) in driving direction (f).
