PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely bond and fix optical components, such as lens or the adhesion surface of a holder, on which those are to be fixed in the state that they are parallel with respect to the attachment surface of a member of the side of the main body of the device correctly in a laser device. SOLUTION: The assembling method of a laser device is characterized in that, after the angle of the reference surface 10b of fixing member 10 which is fixed to the side of the main body of the laser device with respect to a prescribed reference direction is measured, the direction of an adhesion part 44 is adjusted while measuring angles of the reference surface 44b of the adhesion part 44 with respect to the reference direction, and the adhesion part 44 is bonded and fixed to the fixing member 10 in the state that these angles become prescribed angles which are to be determined from the angle relation between the attachment surface and its reference surface 10b of the fixing member 10 and the angle relation between the adhered surface 44a and its reference surface 44b of the adhesion part 44 and the angle which is measured as to the reference surface 10b of the fixing member 10.
