A purpose of the present invention is given as follows: That is, QoS of isochronous data can be effectively secured, and asynchronous data can be transferred with a small delay. In an information communication apparatus 100 of the present invention, in which both isochronous data and asynchronous data which are received by an IEEE 1394 receiving unit 210 based upon IEEE 1394 are transmitted by an IEEE 802.11 transmitting unit 300 based upon IEEE 802.11, the information communication apparatus 100 is equipped with: a packetizing unit (1) 230 for converting the isochronous data into data in a packet format of IEEE 802.11; and another packetizing unit (2) 240 for converting the asynchronous data into data in a packet formed of IEEE 802.11 based upon the packet format of the isochronous data converted by the packetizing unit (1) 230.
