PURPOSE: A vacuum heater using a heat medium and a heating apparatus are provided with a reduced length as a cover does not protrude too much from both ends of a tube. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heater(1) using a heat medium comprises a tube(3), a radiating fin(2), a pipe-shaped closing member(10), a heat medium pipe(20), and a heating element(30). The tube is made of one of the copper, white iron, and the aluminum. The radiating fin is integrally formed on the outer peripheral part of the tube. The pipe-shaped closing member is press-fitted into both end of the tube, and the ends of the tube and closing member are finished by caulking. The heat medium pipe is installed by penetrating a curved portion(11) of the pipe-shaped closing member. The heating element is charted in the tube. |
