PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid composite film having improved electroconductivity and to provide a method for producing the film. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid composite film having the improved electroconductivity can be produced by dissolving polylactic acid and a carbon nano-tube which is a nano-material in a solvent, then evaporating the solvent and subsequently melt kneading the resultant material.
