PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in a driver's cab capable of pressurizing the inside of the cab sufficiently irrespective of air conditioning load in the driver's cab. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 16 in the driver's cab 8 is provided with suction ports 22, 24 for taking thereinto inside air and outside air of the driver's cab 8, a blower 26 operated at a rated rotating speed, a plurality of blow-out ports 38 with a damper for blowing air blown by the blower 26 into the cab, and one or more blow-out ports 40 for pressurizing the inside of the cab, provided independently from the plurality of blow-out ports 38.
