PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal noises between the tooth faces of gear parts resulting from vibration under a spring. SOLUTION: This wheel drive is provided with a motor 700 for driving a wheel disposed in the wheel 10, an axle bearing 100 in which the outer wheel side is joined with the wheel unrotatably, a planetary gearing mechanism 220 consisting of a sun gear 222 rotated by the rotational output of the motor, a planetary gear 224, a planetary carrier 226, and a ring gear 228 arranged in the inner wheel side of the axle bearing, a power transmission member 270 connected to the planetary carrier unrotatably and transmitting the output of the planetary gearing mechanism 220 to the outer wheel side of the axle bearing, and an elastic member 290 giving elastic power to the connection part of the planetary carrier and the power transmission member at least in either an axial or a radial direction.
