PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing construction method and a crushing device for an underground tunnel for obtaining high degree of crushing capability irrespective of a compact, light-weight, and cost-reducing structure of the device. SOLUTION: The underground pile P is crushed by crushing a top part Pa of the underground tunnel P by a crushing head 3 while digging the soil on an outer side in the radial direction of the underground tunnel P by an excavation head 4 and by discharging a material M1 remaining after crushing and dropping into an annular clearance 7 between the inner periphery of a casing 1 and the outer periphery of the underground tunnel P among the materials remaining after crushing onto an outer peripheral side of the casing 1 through a discharge port 2. In this construction method, the casing 1 provided with the excavation head 4 and the crushing head 3 are integrally constituted, the materials M1 remaining after crushing are collected in the annular clearance 7 and are consolidated irrespective of integral rotation and driving of them, and rotation of a crushing unit X is prevented by friction force between the inner periphery of the casing 1 and the outer periphery of the underground tunnel P to prevent crushing by the crushing unit X from becoming impossible without fail and enable smooth and highly efficient crushing work.
