PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating opening and closing case capable of smoothly taking out and in a drawer with respect to a body. SOLUTION: In the oscillating opening and closing case composed of the body 1 and drawer 2, in which the end of the drawer 2 is connected with the body 1 via a fulcrum and the drawer 2 is taken out and in by oscillating the drawer 2 with respect to the body 1, the other end of the drawer 2 is connected with the body 1 via a connecting belt 30 with a widthwise fold 32, the connecting belt 30 is folded along the fold 32 at the time of storing the drawer 2 into the body 1, the connecting belt 30 serves as a stopper by extending the connecting belt 30 at the time of taking the drawer 2 out of the body 1, and then, the drawer 2 is prevented from slipping out. The takeout and take-in of the drawer 2 with respect to the body 1 can be smoothly carried out so that an opening degree of the drawer 2 is regulated by the connecting belt 30 which is bent and stretched along the fold 32.
