PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granule scraper of a particle and granule sub-packaging machine which can prevent powder and granule from entering between a rotor plate and a scraping plate or between an inhibition plate and the scraping plate. SOLUTION: This relates to the powder and granule scraper for scraping the powder and granule received in a groove formed on the rotary table of the powder and granule sub-packaging machine. The scraper is equipped with a rotary plate for blocking the powder and granule and a scraping plate built independently from the rotary plate for scraping the powder and granule blocked by the rotary plate from the groove. A spacer is provided between the rotary plate and the scraping plate and is elastically compressed by holding power applied in the direction for integrating the rotary plate and the scraping plate.
