PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable bicycle easy to be contracted and easy to be carried into a public bus and a train. SOLUTION: A main frame 8 is formed freely to be slid forward of a head pipe 3 or the head pipe 3 is formed freely to be slid in relation to a handle shaft 4, and an angle formed by shafts of each of the main frame 8 and the head pipe 3 can be changed freely, and the main frame 8 is engaged freely to be rotated around the shaft thereof, or the main frame 8 and the head pipe 3 are structured to be attached/detached to contract the bicycle compact.
