PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn indicator control device capable of preventing a driver from omitting to turn off a turn indicator by accurately detecting conclusion of a course change in complicated road environment and conclusion of a lane change in the case wherein lane data can not be used, and turning off the turn indicator. SOLUTION: This turn indicator control device 100 comprises a steering operation recording means 10 for recording steering operation, a travelling locus recording means 11 for recording a travelling locus of a vehicle, an operation conclusion determining means 13 for determining whether a course change or a lane change is concluded or not based on the steering operation recorded by the steering operation recording means 10 and the travelling locus recorded by the traveling locus recording means 11, and a turn indicator control means 14 for turning off the turn indicator when the operation conclusion determining means 13 determines that the course change or the lane change is concluded.
