<p>A subcarrier frequency block comprising a radio resource is allocated to down transmission data by a scheduling processing based on a radio communication system dynamically using the radio resource between a plurality of users. The sub-frame data of the allocated subcarrier frequency block is transmitted and a retransmission request signal received in response to this is recorded as error detection. When the recorded error detection continuously occurs in a specific subcarrier frequency block, it is judged that a fault occurs in the subcarrier frequency block. In the case of up received data, the up sub-frame data is received in the allocated subcarrier frequency block similarly to the case of the down transmission and the error detection is recorded. Furthermore, when the recorded error detection continuously occurs in the specific subcarrier frequency block, it is judged that the fault occurs in the subcarrier frequency block.</p> |
