<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an integrally molded variable nozzle vane in a nozzle ring. <P>SOLUTION: A vane 19 is integrally molded in arrangement displaced in the radial direction of the nozzle ring 12 to the center of a vane shaft 18. An outside ring 14 is horizontally held, and the vane shaft 18 is fitted to a semicircular groove 16 so that the vane 19 is positioned above the outside ring 14. The vane 19 is arranged on the outer side of an inner peripheral surface 14a of the outside ring 14 by turning in the right-angled direction to the radial direction of the outside ring 14 being a part of the nozzle ring 12. A semicircular groove 17 of an inside ring 15 is adjusted to the vane shaft 18, and is inserted into an inner peripheral surface 14a of the outside ring 14 from the vane 19 side. Since the vane 19 is positioned in its whole on the outer peripheral side of the outside ring 14 of the inner peripheral surface 14a, insertion work is smoothly performed. The inner peripheral surface 14a sand the outer peripheral surface 15a are joined by welding, and a variable nozzle unit 22 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
