A door panel control system for a railway vehicle in which hot wires are inserted into a sealing rubber is provided to maintain air tightness of a door, and to minimize hardness variation of rubber by supplying power source to the hotwires according to change of real-time temperature. A door panel control system for a railway vehicle in which hot wires includes sealing rubber, a control unit(100), a communication unit(120), a hot wire(140), and a power supply unit(110). The rubber is installed at an edge part of a door panel. A control part communicates with a temperature sensor(170), and stores a real-time temperature value. The control part minimizes hardness variation of the sealing rubber by supplying power source to the hot wire installed at the sealing rubber of the door panel.
