RUBBER ROLL, DIE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DIE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roll capable of appropriately hold powder materials on the surface and reducing stress on powder materials, a die suitable for forming a roughened surface of rubber elastic part such as a rubber roll, and a manufacturing method appropriate to manufacturing the die.

SOLUTION: A rubber roll 1 contains a rubber elastic part 2 having the surface roughened by mold transferring. The rubber elastic part 2 comprises a lot of first projections 21 projecting from a surface and a lot of second projections 22 projecting from the first projections 21 and a surface therearound. A diameter of the second projection 22 is smaller than that of the first projection 21. The height of the second projection 22 is smaller than that of the first projection 21. A die 4 is laminated on a die base material 5 and formed of a first plating layer 51 containing a lot of first hole parts 511 in the surface and a second plating layer 52 laminated along the first hole parts 511 of the first plating layer 51 and a surface therearound and containing a lot of second hole parts 522 in the surface. A diameter of the second hole part 522 is smaller than that of the first hole part 511. A depth of the second hole part 522 is shallower than that of the first hole part 511.
