An object is to reduce, when a grid disturbance occurs, a frequency change from an early stage after the occurrence of the grid disturbance. When a grid disturbance occurs, output power control is performed for each wind turbine so as to reduce a frequency change of the output power of the wind turbine, during the early stage of the grid disturbance, and output power control is performed for each wind turbine so as to reduce a change in grid frequency, during the late stage of the grid disturbance. |
