PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently measure contact resistance of a plurality of switching contacts in each phase.SOLUTION: Power supply side contacts of switching contacts S of three phases of an electric apparatus 5 to which a bus line BUS is connected and load side contacts Sb of the three-phase switching contacts S to which a load cable K is connected are alternately connected by measurement lead wires La, the switching contacts S are connected in series, the switching contacts S connected in series are turned on, a DC current is allowed to flow between the power supply side contact Sa of the switching contact S of the first phase and the load side contact Sb of the switching contact S of the third phase, pairs of switching terminals (a), b of a plurality of groups each switching the power supply side contact Sa and the load side contact Sb of each switching contact S in each phase are respectively connected between the power supply side contacts Sa and the load side contacts Sb of the switching contacts S, each voltmeter 8 is connected to a pair of switching pieces 7a for switching the switching terminals (a), b in each group, and the switching terminals (a), b are switched in each group by the pair of switching pieces 7a so that the voltmeters 8 are connected to switching contacts S in parallel in each phase. |
