<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stably the valve opening state and the valve closing state of a valve body of a ball valve. <P>SOLUTION: A seat mechanism 102 includes: a first seat member 106 having a seat surface 104a to make a seat for a valve body 74 of a ball valve 50; a first spring member 108 for pressing the seat surface 104a of the first seat member 106 toward the valve body 74; the second seat member 110 having a seat surface 104b to make a seat for the valve body 74; and the second screw member 112 for pressing the seat surface 104b of the second seat member 110 toward the valve body 74.
