PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lead wire with a terminal by forming a terminal on a lead wire formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy so that a high mechanical strength in connection can be achieved, and a state of good electrical connection can be maintained over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a lead wire with a terminal, in which a terminal 10 is formed on a lead wire 3 formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, includes: a first step of covering the lead wire 3 with a metal sleeve 5; and a second step of pressing the metal sleeve 5 into a required terminal shape together with the lead wire 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
