PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioning system capable of effectively utilizing heat in vehicle air conditioning.SOLUTION: A vehicle air conditioning system 1 includes: an in-vehicle heat exchange path 2; a heat exchanger 4; a pump 8; an in-vehicle heat exchanger 9; a heater 10; and a controller 5 or the like. The heat exchanger 4 includes: a heat exchanger 41 connected to the in-vehicle heat exchange path 2; a Peltier element 43 connected with the heat exchanger 41 at one side; and a storage section 45 connected to the other side of the Peltier element 43. The pump 8, the in-vehicle heat exchanger 9 and the heater 10 or the like are provided in the in-vehicle heat exchange path 2, and water or the like circulates as a heat medium. The controller 5 applies a forward voltage to the Peltier element 43 at the traveling start time of the vehicle. Then, the Peltier element 43 absorbs the heat of the storage section 45, and radiates it to the heat exchanger 42 side to heat a heat medium in the heat exchanger 42. Thereby, the heat medium circulating in the in-vehicle heat exchange path 2 is immediately heated. |
