CONTROLLING WLAN ACCESS IN CASE OF WLAN/3GPP RADIO INTERWORKING

The present disclosure relates to method performed by a wireless communication device (2; 4) for controlling its access to one or several Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs). The present disclosure also relates to a wireless communication device (2; 4) adapted and configured to perform the method. The method identifies a set of operators which are considered applicable to the wireless communication device (2; 4) and obtains an operator identity for each operator. The wireless communication device (2; 4) scans for available WLANs and in response to finding a WLAN, determines whether a found WLAN is applicable for the wireless communication device (2; 4). If the found WLAN is applicable the wireless communication device (2; 4) connects to the found WLAN.
