<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing machine capable of settling magnitude of misregistration in a steady state in an early stage, while suppressing the magnitude of misregistration within an allowable range, and to provide a control method for the gravure printing machine. <P>SOLUTION: In a registration controller 30a, the magnitude of misregistration at a point of time when a registration mark is not detected by registration mark detection sensors 15b and 15c is predicted on the basis of a plurality of already calculated magnitudes of misregistration and the manipulated variables of a motor different in magnitude in a signal transmitted to a motion controller 30c two or more times while the respective plate cylinders 11b and 11c of post stage printing units 10b and 10c make one rotation are calculated on the basis of the predicted magnitude of misregistration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
