PURPOSE: A spa customer management system through a local-based membership service, and a method thereof are provided to give a membership service, depending on criteria in each region, after categorizing customers entered a certain area. CONSTITUTION: A membership service customer terminal processes spar reservations, searching for spar programs in real time, and searching for reserved customers, through a web server(20). A spa customer management searches(50) the server for clients' visit histories, spa programs, and simulation information for a program. A spa therapist terminal(60) transceives the information for time and prescription details for a spar program in progress.
