PURPOSE: A flow control device for interception facilities is provided to accurately open and close a sewage pipeline using a water level sensor even if external factors are applied to the device. CONSTITUTION: A flow control device(100) for interception facilities comprises a valve body(20), a gate, and a sensing unit. The valve body is connected to the inlet of a sewage pipeline(16) of an interception facility(10) and has a flow passage connected to the sewage pipeline. The gate is fitted to a hole of the valve body and is coupled to the rod of a pneumatic cylinder using a bracket. The gate is vertically moved to open and close the flow passage of the valve body. The sensing unit comprises a vertical guide and first and second water level sensors. The vertical guide is connected to a guide plate for guiding the vertical movement of the gate. The first and second water level sensors sense the level of sewage and rainwater flowing into a chamber(12) of the interception facility.
