PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation for fixing a battery cover. SOLUTION: A hook-shaped member 21 is fixed to the front surface of a battery cover, and to the front surface of a battery case, a hitching member 22 is attached in such a way as capable of being removably hitched at the hook member 21. The locking member 22 is composed of a support 23 fixed to the front surface of the battery case, a base 25 pivoted rotatably on a supporting part 24 at the top of the support 23, and a locking body 27 whose one end is pivoted rotatably on a pivoting part 26 a little below the supporting part 24 and other end is locked to the hook member 21 when the base 25 is rotated. The top of a holding member 29 is fixed to the bottom of the base 25, and a bolt 32 equipped with a hexagonal hole is inserted through a bolt inserting hole 31 provided in a recessed bend 30 in the holding member 29 in its position some below the center and screwed into a female threaded part 34 of a mounting body 33 so that the locking body 27 is hitched by the hook member 21 and also the bottom of the holding member 29 is fixed to the front surface of the battery case.
