PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power plant capable of reducing the vibration in the case of operating plural hydraulic turbine generators at the same time, and provide a method of reducing the vibration of the hydraulic power plant. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic power plant provided with plural hydraulic power generators, the hydraulic power generators 2A and 2B are fitted with opposite phases so as to lower the vibration to be generated from the hydraulic power generators 2A and 2B, for example, a runner blade 11b is fitted with a fitting deviation L in relation to a runner reference point 10b set by a rotator 7b.
