The detent device is formed by an outer sleeve (3) with spring elastic detent arms and a separate detent spring (7) connected as a separate part to the outer sleeve. The detent device is mounted radially outside of the pipe (4) over the hose (1) which has the inner sleeve (2). Preferably two such detent devices can be mounted opposite one another radially outside of the pipe (4) over the hose (1). The hose is fixed in the interspace between inner sleeve and outer sleeve by the inner sleeve widening out through a radially outwardly acting tool. The pipe is pushed on the outer sleeve and engages with its end side so far over the hose that the end side is set near the end side of the inner sleeve.
