A method for making a biochip by arranging spots of a plurality of kinds of sample,at a high density,at specified positions on a substrate(2)by using an ejection head(3)provided with one or more ejection modules each comprising one or more ejection unit,and a first moving table(5)on which at least one tray(4)fixed with one or more substrate(2)is detachable mounted.According to the method,the work for arranging and fixing liquid drops of microvolume on a specified substrate at a high density(work for forming microspots)can be carried out with high precision while shortening the time for forming microspots.
