<p>A delivery pipe for a fuel injection device, which pipe does not require a jig for clasping an upper portion and lower portion of the pipe, eliminating jig installation and removal work and enhancing work efficiency. The delivery pipe has an upper portion (2) and a lower portion (3). The upper portion (2) has a substantially revered U-shaped cross section, taken perpendicularly to a length direction, formed by a ceiling wall (2a) and both side-walls (2b, 2b), and a lower portion (3) has a substantially U-shaped cross section, taken perpendicularly to the length direction, formed by a bottom wall (3a) and both side-walls (3b, 3b). Engagement portions (5, 10) that engage with each other are formed at the side walls (2b, 2b) of the upper portion (2) and the side walls (3b, 3b) of the lower portion (3), respectively. The upper portion (2) and the lower portion (3) are temporarily fixed by engaging the engagement portions (5, 10) with each other and united by brazing.</p> |
