<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension seat capable of compatibly realizing the tilt function and the vertical function of a seat cushion by a relatively simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the suspension seat in which a link member 24 is provided between an upper frame (a cushion frame 12) on a seat cushion 10 side and a lower frame (a slide rail 20) on a vehicular floor F side, a first supporting member (a damper 30) is provided between the lower frame and the link member 24. One end of the first supporting member is turnably connected to the link member, and the other end is connected to the lower frame in a positionally adjustable manner in the longitudinal direction to constitute a movable connection part. A second supporting member (a damper 40) is provided between the upper frame and the link member 24.
