<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance image quality, to heighten yield and to reduce costs in a liquid crystal display device by devising the form and the forming position of an object reflecting visible light to eliminate parallax generation. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film device 10 formed by sticking a substrate 11 to a thin film device layer 13 by using an adhesive layer 12 contains reflection particles 14 as the object reflecting visible light in the adhesive layer 12, or a reflection layer reflecting visible light and formed on the entire surface or a part of the surface of the substrate, although not illustrated, wherein projecting and recessed parts are formed on the surface of the substrate on which the reflection layer is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
