<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately support a user in the operation of a device. <P>SOLUTION: An operation support apparatus stores operation manual data on the device into an operation manual data storage section 21, and retrieves a description associated with the operation from the operation manual data stored into the operation manual data storage section 21 when an operation is done to the device. The operation support apparatus further stores a memo represented by at least one of a text, sound, and an image into a memory section 25 by linking the memo to the retrieved description when the memo is inputted to a memory input section 24. Furthermore, the operation support apparatus retrieves the description associated with the operation from the operation manual data stored into the operation manual data storage section 21 when the operation is done to the device, and reads the memo associated with the description from the memory storage section 25, and provides the memo to the user by using a memo provision section 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
