PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve materializing stable valve open close action. SOLUTION: An axial direction length dimension L1 of a magnet 53 provided on a rotor 32 is set larger than a width dimension of a stator 45, and a position of the magnet 53 in relation to the stator 45 is set to offset a stator center line 71 in a throttle valve 15 side of a magnet center line 72. A tip side support part 85 in which a tip part of a shaft 33 is inserted is depressingly provided on a wall surface of a throttle body 13 and a semicircular projection part 87 is provided on an end surface 86 of the tip side support part 85. A shaft 33 energized in an inner side of the tip side support part 85 is rotatably supported under a condition where a tip surface thereof has point contact on the projection part 87, and a thrust bearing 88 rotatably supporting the tip part of the shaft 33 by the tip side support part 85 is constructed.
