<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve possibility of establishment of reservation for collection of reservation for a use object. <P>SOLUTION: A golf course server 4 manages status of reservation frames for members with using a reservation file 4fa. A management device 3 accesses the reservation file 4fa and acquires collection beginning time information.
