PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor material tube with little deformation and free from cutting streaks or so-called chatter marks. SOLUTION: A cutting device for an electrophotographic photoreceptor base is for cutting the base (workpiece) by two kinds of cutting edges by rotating at least the base and is characterized in that the two kinds of cutting edges are placed oppositely to the electrophotographic photoreceptor base.
