A placard installing device is provided to hold a placard tightly for a long period of time and even in bad weather by applying tension to the placard all the time using a placard slip preventing rod and a reverse rotation preventing hook. A placard installing device comprises first and second mounting units. In the first mounting unit, a first support frame is composed of a first support rod(2) formed at the upper end; a second support rod formed at the lower end; a reverse rotation preventing hook(4) installed at the upper end of the first support rod to prevent reverse rotation of a rotary frame(3); and a first combining protrusion(5) formed at the lower end of the first support rod. The rotary frame is formed at the lower end of the first support rod, rotatably combined to the first support rod, and composed of plural hook holes formed on the outer peripheral surface and a second combining protrusion(22) formed between the first combining protrusion and the hook hole. A first winding rod(8) joins with the first combining protrusion and one end of the first winding rod is integrally combined in the center of the rotary frame. A second winding rod(10) combines and fixes the second combining protrusion and a placard is inserted into the second winding rod. A hanging unit is integrally combined with the other side of the first winding rod and formed in a hook shape to join with the second winding rod. In the second mounting unit, a second support frame comprises a third support rod formed at the upper end; a pincer unit installed at the lower end; and a third combining protrusion disposed at the lower end of the third support rod. A placard insertion rod is integrally combined with the third combining protrusion and mounted at the pincer unit formed at the lower end of the third support rod. A placard slip preventing rod is integrated with the second support frame and contacted to the placard insertion rod. A placard fixing unit is joined with a spring equipped in the upper end of the first winding rod. The second combining protrusion and the second winding rod are fixed by a pin(32). Springs(29) are installed in the first and second support frames, respectively. Elastic members(30) are combined with the springs and installed on each outer surface of the first and second support frames. |
