<p>An accumulating energy generator includes a power inputting part, an accumulating energy part, a transmission and a motor (3), wherein the accumulating energy part includes a spring shaft (41) and a coil spring (42), the power inputting part causes the spring shaft to rotate via an unidirectional clutch during accumulating energy, the transmission includes a transmission gear (54) driving the motor (3) and a clutch gear (53), the clutch gear (53) makes the spring shaft (41) not to drive the transmission gear (54) during accumulating energy and drive the transmission gear (54) during releasing energy.
