PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent imparting of large load to a driving means and hindering of a smooth extruding operation, in on-vehicle equipment inclining a front panel when a front panel on a front surface side is extruded to the front and exposing a slit-shaped optical disk insertion port to an upper part of a sub panel. SOLUTION: A lower side part of the front panel 15 is extruded by a moving frame 21. Pins 41 on both sides on an upper end side of the front panel 15 are moved downward along the inside of guide grooves 42 of the vertical direction provided on both side surfaces of the sub panel 11. In upper end side parts of the guide grooves 42, rear bent parts 43 are provided. When starting the extruding operation of the front panel 15, the pins 41 on the upper end sides are gradually moved downward from the rear bent parts 43 of the guide grooves 42, and the upper end side part of the front panel 15 performs a rotary motion to prevent interference with a lower edge of an upper part of a mounting frame 48.
