PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance collision resistance of a battery mounted on an electric automobile, while suppressing increases of weight and cost. SOLUTION: This battery mounting structure comprises a pair of first vehicle body members 11 extending in the longitudinal direction of the electric automobile 10, a second vehicle body member 12 connecting the pair of the first vehicle body members 11 and extending in the width direction of the electric automobile 10, a battery case 13 with built-in battery disposed between the pair of the first vehicle body members 11 and on a rear side of the second vehicle body member 12, a plurality of first supporting members 61A, 61B, 61C and 61D fixed on a bottom surface of the battery case 13 to connect the pair of the first vehicle body members 11, and second supporting members 62A and 62B connecting only one disposed on the forefront side of the first supporting members 61A, 61B, 61C and 61D and the second vehicle body member 12.
