PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a vehicular communication device having a simple structure, and capable of hiding a communication device body with a high degree of concealment. SOLUTION: A roof trim 10, a sun visor 30 provided at a front part of the roof trim 10, the communication device body 21 which is a main body of the vehicular communication device, and a main body storage portion 50 storing the communication device body 21 are provided. The sun visor 30 can rock between a normal state along the roof trim 10 and a standing state standing to the roof trim 10, about a rocking shaft 31 positioned at or near the roof trim 10. Of parts of the sun visor 30 and the roof trim 10 opposite to each other when the sun visor 10 in the normal state, the main body storage portion 50 is provided on one side, and when the other is in the normal state, the communication device body 21 is covered.
