摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which certainly avoids a fuel cell achieving a high potential state even when a charging quantity of a battery or the like is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: A controller determines whether the battery can accept excessive power &Delta;P or not (Step S400) when it is determined that an output voltage of the fuel cell needs to be forcibly dropped at Step S300 (Step S300;YES). The controller sets a switching frequency of a DC/DC converter high when it is determined that the battery can not accept the excessive power &Delta;P (Step S400:NO), and the processing is completed after the excessive power &Delta;P is accepted by increasing an energy loss of the DC/DC converter (Step S500). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
