<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order data management system having a biometrics function such as fingerprint authentication, and enabling a plurality of necessary persons to safely execute a chief task while suppressing the processing capability or memory capacity of a central processing unit of an order input device. <P>SOLUTION: An order input device 101 transmits biometrics information acquired by a biological sensor to an order data management device 103. An order data management device 103 receives the biometrics information from the order input device 101. The order data management device 103 compares the received biometrics information with preliminarily stored biometrics information, and determines whether or not the both biometrics information coincide with each other.
