PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing a fastener to be easily fastened to a mounting hole of a mounting member.SOLUTION: A clip 20 includes: a first plate portion 22 having a free end at one end and inserted into a mounting hole; a second plate portion 24 having a free end at one end and inserted into the mounting hole; and a flange 26 for coupling the other end of the first plate portion 22 with the other end of the second plate portion 24 to cause the first plate portion 22 and the second plate portion 24 to be opposed and having an insertion hole into which a pin member 60 is inserted so as to come into contact with a front face side of the mounting member. Each of the first plate portion 22 and the second plate portion 24 has a wide area formed at the other end and a narrow area formed in a narrower width in a breadthwise direction than the wide area at one end. A pair of facing narrow areas have approaching areas bent to come closer to each other at one end. A pin member 60 brings the pair of approaching areas away from each other, separates the first plate portion 22 from the second plate portion 24, and engages them with a rear rim of the mounting hole. |
