PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution prevention membrane with a night lighting device which enables a position of a pollution prevention curtain to be precisely identified not only in day time but also in night time.SOLUTION: A pollution prevention membrane comprises: a floater body 1 having one or a plurality of rod-like floaters; a pollution prevention curtain 2 suspended from the floater body 1 along an entire length thereof; and weights 3 fixed to a lower edge of the pollution prevention curtain 2 at a side opposite to the floater body 1. The floater body 1 has a night lighting device attached to an upper section of the floater body 1 along the entire length thereof. The night lighting device: is connected to a solar storage battery body 4 which has a solar battery panel section, a battery section, and a night time automatic current carrying control section and is installed on an upper section of the floater body 1; and has a tubular LED light 5 with a plurality of LED lights arranged in a flexible tube. |
