PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body massage kit etc. which enable easy, uniform and spreading application of a massage agent containing a sensory medicine for massage, over the skin of the body, and enable to have sufficient actual cold feeling, warm feeling, etc. caused by a sensory medicine constituent, in a massaged part, while suppressing an excessive stimulus to the skin, by performing the massage by using a body massage tool.SOLUTION: A body massage kit includes a body massage tool and a massage agent. It includes a body massage tool 10 which has a plate-like base 11 being deformable by the grip power of the hand and having a flexural modulus of 0.1-0.9 gf/mm and is fitted, in the use, to the hand, with the palm of the hand laid along one side of the plate-like base 11, and the massage agent which contains a sensory medicine and of which the viscosity at 25°C before dilution is 500-300,000 mPa s and the viscosity at 25°C when diluted twice with water is 50-15,000 mPa s. |
