A water treatment device comprising a plurality of discharge treatment units inside a treatment tank. The discharge treatment units: have a ground electrode and a discharge electrode facing the ground electrode; form a discharge between the ground electrode and the discharge electrode; generate ozone by using the discharge; and treat treatment water by causing the treatment water to come in contact with the discharge. The water treatment device comprises, inside the treatment tank: a reservoir unit that accumulates treatment water that has been treated in one discharge treatment unit among the plurality of discharge treatment units; and an ozone supply unit that supplies ozone from inside the treatment tank to the treatment water inside the reservoir unit. The treatment water passes through the plurality of discharge treatment units, in a flow sequence.
